  • What if I need to reschedule Picture Day?

  • Where should I send data for our upcoming Picture Days?
    Student data for Underclass (Pre-K through 11th grade) can be sent to info@greatamericanphoto.com or Shelley@vosphoto.com
  • How should I prepare my data file for Picture Day?
    Please submit your data in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format only. Be sure to include the following fields: Last Name, First Name, Student ID, Grade, Teacher, and Parent Email Address. Please make sure to include the Camera Card sort, which is the Class, Teacher, and or Period that each student will be coming to the camera with. Please make sure to include the Distribution sort, which is the Class, Teacher, Homeroom, and or Period for distributing the finished packages. Remember to include students that are in any ESOL, Special Education, or students who may not be included in the Teacher/Period requests above! We want to make sure that all students are included in the data we receive. Please note: We cannot accept data that is formatted in all caps or in a PDF format.
  • Where can I access my ADMIN/SIS/Student Data Base images?
    Images and data for your Student Information System will be shared with you three weeks after Picture Day. If you did not receive these images or need them in a different format, please contact our Customer Service Representative, Shelley Clark, at Shelley@vosphoto.com. Please note: ADMIN/SIS (student database) images are not suitable for yearbook use due to their lower resolution and file size.
  • How can I access my yearbook images for printing purposes?
    Yearbook images may be available as early as three weeks after your final Makeup Picture Day. Please make sure to share your yearbook image date request with the Underclass and Senior Department. If you would like to request access again or share your image date request, please reach out to the appropriate contact: CSR: Shelley Clark, Shelley@vosphoto.com Production: Viviana Rouco, Vivian@greatamericanphoto.com
  • We’d like to schedule an additional picture day for Sports, Underclass, Seniors, etc. What’s the process to do that?
    Please reach out to your Client Service Representative. They can assist you with planning and booking your picture day dates.
  • We’d like access to faculty group or specific staff images. Who should we contact at GAP for those?
    The download link is typically sent to your school about three weeks after picture day.
